Ryan Kaczmarek

Associate Advisor

Ryan Kaczmarek is an Analyst for Paulson Wealth Management. As an AnalystRyan aids the Lead Advisors by creating presentations and materials for client meetings. He also is responsible for gathering and maintaining data to assist with operations and client onboarding. 

Before joining Paulson Wealth Management, Ryan worked as the Stewardship Pastor at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. While at Willow, Ryan’s responsibilities included creating and teaching content for workshops, leading a team of over 50 volunteers that specialized in one-on-one financial coaching, and working with donors to leverage tax favored giving strategies. Much of his time was dedicated to helping families move from financial disfunction to financial freedom.  

Prior to Willow, Ryan worked as a Senior Software Account Rep for Oracle where he was honored to receive the prestigious MVP award after leading his team to record sales. In addition, Ryan and his wife started their own real estate company where they purchased, rehabbed, and resold properties. Through his real estate experience, Ryan developed a passion for entrepreneurialism and helping business owners maximize their company’s potential. 

Ryan grew up in Michigan, but after meeting his wife Laura on a mission trip in Colombia, moved to the Chicagoland area in 2010. They have three young children and live in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Ryan serves as a Board Member for the Watterson Family Foundation. He is passionate about helping people experience financial freedom and working with them to achieve their life goals. When not working, he also enjoys reading, playing sports, and traveling.
