Answers to common questions about working with Paulson Wealth Management — our services, process, offices, and how we're structured.

Common questions

Is Paulson Wealth Management a registered investment advisory firm?
Yes. Paulson Wealth Management Inc. is an SEC-registered investment advisory firm. We are independent of and have no affiliation with our custodian, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., which holds client assets.
Where are you located, and can you work with clients outside of Florida or Illinois?
Our offices are in West Palm Beach, Florida (headquarters) and Wheaton, Illinois. That said, we serve clients nationwide and meet regularly by video conference as well as in person, so location is rarely a barrier to working together.
What services do you offer?
Our services are organized around client complexity. Emerging Affluent clients receive financial planning and investment management. High Net Worth clients receive comprehensive wealth management, including in-house tax preparation and executive compensation planning. Generational Wealth clients add trust advisory, estate strategy, family governance, and philanthropy planning to that foundation.
What does the process of working with Paulson Wealth Management look like?
We follow a four-step approach: Listen, Plan, Invest, Serve. We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, then build a tailored long-term financial plan. From there, we implement a risk-adjusted investment portfolio that our team manages in-house, and we provide ongoing service through ongoing monitoring and scheduled reviews.
Do you outsource investment management, tax work, or compliance oversight?
No. Our investment, tax, and compliance functions are handled in-house rather than outsourced to third parties. This allows our team to maintain direct oversight of the work being done on your behalf.
Who leads the firm?
Paulson Wealth Management was founded by Nathan Paulson, CFP®, who serves as the firm's CEO.
