There’s no substitute for experience, and serving as a trader and analyst, Mark Scornavacco brings nearly three decades of it to the Paulson Wealth Management team.
Mr. Scornavacco earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from prestigious Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois; then continued his studies at DePaul University in Chicago where he took Masters level computer science courses. Throughout his stellar career, Mark has worked for such notable names in the financial world as J.P. Morgan Futures, Inc; Fuji Securities and the Chicago Board of Trade.
Mr. Scornavacco spent the bulk of his career on the trading floors of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Board of Trade, dealing with interest rate futures and options. With an eye towards moving off the trading floor, he began the rigorous CFA curriculum and was awarded the CFA Charter in September, 2014.
Since then, Mark has received accolades for his client relation abilities, communication skills, trade execution, research and analysis acumen, knowledge of trading technology, and compliance. When Mark isn’t executing PWM’s portfolio trades and researching potential portfolio allocations and ideas, he likes to spend his time cycling, and playing golf and volleyball.
